1. Digital Products & Services

All products sold on this store are digital Roblox-related products and/or services. No physical items will be shipped.

All deliveries are completed digitally to the Roblox username provided by the customer during checkout.

2. Customer Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for providing:

  • a valid Roblox username
  • correct account information
  • accurate order details

The Roblox username field is mandatory and located directly below the product description.

We are not responsible for:

  • incorrect usernames
  • spelling mistakes
  • invalid or inaccessible Roblox accounts
  • delivery issues caused by customer-provided information

Orders completed using incorrect information are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

3. Delivery Time

Standard delivery time is between 1 and 10 hours after payment confirmation.

Delivery times may occasionally be extended due to:

  • high order volume
  • technical difficulties
  • Roblox platform delays or restrictions

If your order has not been delivered within 10 hours, please contact support using the provided contact information before opening any payment dispute.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales are final once the order has been processed.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • incorrect Roblox usernames
  • customer mistakes
  • misunderstanding of the product description
  • delays under 10 hours
  • change of mind after purchase

Refunds may only be issued if we are completely unable to deliver the purchased service.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to contact support before initiating any PayPal dispute, Stripe dispute, chargeback, or payment reversal.

Opening fraudulent or unnecessary disputes may result in:

  • permanent suspension from future purchases
  • refusal of future service
  • submission of delivery evidence to payment providers

We reserve the right to provide the following evidence during disputes:

  • order logs
  • payment confirmation
  • Roblox username submitted by the customer
  • delivery timestamps
  • communication history
  • fulfillment records

6. Fulfillment Confirmation

An order is considered fulfilled once:

  • the product/service has been delivered to the provided Roblox username, OR
  • fulfillment records confirm delivery attempt/completion

Customers acknowledge that delivery depends on the accuracy of the information they provide.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Roblox platform outages
  • Roblox trading restrictions
  • account limitations
  • customer-side issues preventing delivery
  • delays caused by third-party systems

8. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to:

  • cancel suspicious orders
  • refuse service
  • request additional verification
  • block customers involved in fraudulent activity or abuse

9. Support

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact support first. Most problems can be resolved quickly without involving payment providers.
